Pivet Communications, LLC d/b/a “Pivet”, warrants its products (collectively, the “Products”) against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use and service for their applicable warranty periods, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. Pivet does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smartphone or other device made by anyone other than Pivet.
This “Limited Warranty” will apply only to products purchased from a “Pivet authorized reseller” and for a period of one year from date of purchase.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty, and Pivet’s sole and entire liability is, at Pivet’s option, to repair or replace the defective product.
If the product was purchased directly from our on-line store, you may request a refund for the purchase price of the defective product if your claim is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Repair or replacement (including parts, labor and shipping costs) shall be made at Pivet’s expense.
Pivet reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability).
Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted (as specified above) for the remainder of the original applicable product Limited Warranty period.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim, click on the "Warranty Claim Form" Button below. Provide all requested information on the form.
Any warranty claims must be made by customer no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the expiration of the Limited Warranty period.
We may ask you to send us a photograph of your product to validate the claim and, in some cases, we may ask that you return the product to Pivet for inspection.
Pivet reserves the right to charge a shipping and handling fee in connection with the evaluation and fulfillment of any warranty claim.
